of ideas, values, and attitudes that build character, self-esteem, and
are universally admired.
Our code of honor defines
the school, Instructors and students.

brings leanness. It greatly improves stamina, flexibility, speed, tone
and energy.
Training in the martial arts.
Each skill taught serves as
a building block for the next. Students are taught to function confidently
and calmly in real-life situations. Conflict avoidance is taught and
emphasized. Along with physical prowess, martial arts training produces
greater mental and emotional strength. Children especially, show a significant
improvement academically, socially and improves focus. Principals of
respect, modesty, integrity, composure, initiative, honesty, responsibility,
perseverance and leadership combine to produce a true "martial artist".
