What is TaeKwon-Do?

TaeKwon-Do is a Korean martial art designed for unarmed self-defense and counter attacks.

What will I learn in TaeKwon-Do?

TaeKwon-Do will develop and teach you to have a feeling of security through physical fitness, poise and grace (the most important thing, however, is that it gives you peace of mind, confidence and self-discipline).

Including self-defense, patience and courage.

How much does it cost?

We provide a program to meet most everyone's budget requirements.

We offer many different programs children, adults, and family rates.

But generally speaking our rates start at $20.00 and goes up.

Is there any eastern religion taught?

NO!!!

There is no Eastern religion taught, however, a large part of our martial arts training is the development of ideas, values, and attitudes that build character, self-esteem, and are universally admired.

Our code of honor defines the school, Instructors and students.

Will it help me get in shape?

Yes, for fitness our program brings leanness. It greatly improves stamina, flexibility, speed, tone and energy.

Training in the martial arts.

Each skill taught serves as a building block for the next. Students are taught to function confidently and calmly in real-life situations. Conflict avoidance is taught and emphasized. Along with physical prowess, martial arts training produces greater mental and emotional strength. Children especially, show a significant improvement academically, socially and improves focus. Principals of respect, modesty, integrity, composure, initiative, honesty, responsibility, perseverance and leadership combine to produce a true "martial artist".
