Jeff Harnar comes to The American Songbook in London at The Jermyn Street Theatre directly from his debut engagement at Feinstein’s at The Regency. Prior to that, Jeff had critically-acclaimed engagements in the Oak Room at the legendary Algonquin Hotel, the Café Carlyle, and throughout the United States. Jeff has made numerous appearances at Carnegie Hall, including both Noel Coward and Cole Porter’s centennial celebrations, his own solo concert at Weil Recital Hall, and most recently as Michael Feinstein’s special guest at Zankel Hall with his Jule Styne tribute. American television audiences are familiar with Jeff’s work from his PBS television concerts, including “The 1959 Broadway Songbook,” and as the singing host of “Gershwin on Ice” starring Dorothy Hamill. Jeff also tours the U.S. with Broadway star Shauna Hicks in the symphony “pops” concert “I Got Rhythm: Mickey & Judy’s Hollywood,” which will be recorded live in New York at Town Hall in June 2007. Jeff has four solo CD’s, including “Sammy Cahn All The Way," “Because of You: Fifties Gold,” and the most recent, “Dancing in the Dark” (PS Classics) Jeff has won 3 MAC Awards, 3 Back Stage Bistro Awards.
