Alan's Maniac Hot Sauces - Jalapeño, Liming and Carib - have each received Scovie Awards for excellence including first place for the Carib sauce.  The Carib sauce has also received a first place from the Texas Fiery Food Show. The Jalapeño sauce received a first place Golden Chile Award.
