Horror Factor 12 came from a fairly simple plan: Make a chopper with a few bicycle parts as possible. Of course, the question immediately came up.... What are the necessary bike parts? Well, wheels are a good start, if you want to make a bike that can keep up with the rest of the fleet. Pedals would be nice. A chain is probably necessary. And the bearings in the head tube probably need to be there as well. That being the list, the build was on.

Of course, a frame was no where near necessary. So he built one out of angle iron. The head bearings were needed, but not the head tube itself, so he used some spare pipe he had laying around. Pedals were needed, but not the bottom bracket they rest in, so he used some spare pipe there too.

Now he did use a few extra bike parts, but since they are not used for anything resembling their intended purpose, full points are of course given. The bike steers because he bolted two bike chains as a steering mechanism, and the handlebars are actually a bike fork that he bent the hell out of.
